Looking Back 2

Alllllllrighty...This page may take a while to load, but it should be pretty high-yield. This is a handsome sampling of photos from London (mostly touristy stuff). It'll be organized chronologically over two days. Let's begin:

The London eye. Made famous by falling into a giant hole caused by the silver surfer in one of the Fantastic Four movies. I can't remember which.

Look kids... Big Ben...

...Parliament...

Westminster Abbey.

Buckingham Palace, complete with unicorn statue. The guards are too far away to harass here.

An early morning foray to the theater for early tickets to Wicked.

Trebuchet (sp?) on the grounds outside of London Tower.

London Tower walkway on the way to the Bloody Tower.

The Tower chapel. I wasn't supposed to take this picture, but i did anyways... like a honey badger. Ann Boleyn (sp?) is buried under the alter, along with a ton of other famous historical characters.

Finally, someone close enough to harass. Except he's got a large firearm.

This is a.... ummm... a duck.

Henry VIII's armor.

Someone else's armor in detail.

The centerpiece of the London Tower, the White Tower.

The Tower Bridge.

Harrod's grocery store. Again, this place is huge, and there is no way to do it justice with a single photo.

To the show!

Our seats under the dragon.

Front row.

A look back at the theater.

The small amount of change we had left after London. It was spent on a breakfast at the international terminal at Heathrow.

  1. Trebuchet is exactly right. Ann(e) Boleyn is as well. Well done.
