To Nairobi

We woke up and took the tube to Heathrow early this AM. I hadn't realized how much smoke was in London until I blew my nose today and saw that the tissue was covered in black. Better there than in my lungs, I guess. Any who, the international terminal at Heathrow is appropriately huge, but sadly does not have free wifi. That makes my current situation even more hilarious, since I am typing this on a wifi network in a mission house in some random location outside of Nairobi. I don't even have windows that close at night. Joe is in a different room across the complex, and the trip here was all the more exciting on roads in severe disrepair. Even the Nairobi airport has holes in the floor as soon as you step off the plane. I also learned that I shouldn't let anyone do anything for me here as an airport employee started putting my bags on a cart (which I was in the process of doing), then demanded a tip for his services. Ridiculous.

All I have now are pics of Heathrow and my setup for charging my phone, but we have some great pics/video of the Nile and the alps from 39k feet I'll post ASAP.
